  1. I think the biggest mistake a lot of people are making is to follow advice online blindly. I have no problem to follow medical advice I read online as far as I have consulted a doctor first and get his approval on the treatment. And this should always be the case as you never know for sure who is writing each article online. This is the only way to be responsible with our health and our body.

    1. I fully agree! I always advocate working with your doctor and disclosing everything you try or want to try. I believe if something works for you, and your doctor knows about it, they are in a unique position to offer more options others as well.
